Rose McGowan has always been known as a very talented actress as well as one of the most beautiful celebrities over the world. Episode of ‘law & Order: SVU,’ Rose showed off a really dramatically different look, so people couldn’t understand the reason for the change like that.

In 2007, Rose was injured in a terrible car accident (known as the “Rose McGowan Car Accident“) that left some deep scars on her face, but one of these scars was really deep. Without doubts she has admitted to undergoing plastic surgery.
